These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe your rights and obligations while using PrepPartner’s platform, software, and other offerings (collectively, the “Services”).
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form an agreement between you (“you”, “your”) and Logit AI Labs Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Apta AI”, or “PrepPartner”), the operator of PrepPartner.
By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. Do not use our platform if you do not agree to the terms outlined in our policies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we’ll post them here and update the “Effective Date.” By continuing to use the Services after updates take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

All content, materials, software, source code, AI models, algorithms, data structures, interfaces, text, graphics, visuals, logos, icons, images, design elements, and other components made available through the Services (collectively, “Content”) are and will remain the exclusive property of Logit AI Labs Ltd, its affiliates, or its licensors.
The Content and Services are protected by international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for your personal or internal professional use, in accordance with these Terms.
Except for this limited license, no ownership or other rights in or to the Services or Content are transferred to you.
You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publicly perform, display, sublicense, resell, reverse engineer, or decompile any part of the Services
- Attempt to extract or reconstruct any source code, models, or underlying ideas

- Remove or obscure any proprietary notices on or within the Services
You retain ownership of any materials, data, or documents you upload or submit (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Logit AI Labs Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and use that content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Services, including through aggregated or anonymized analysis and AI model training.
We do not sell, license, or publicly share any identifiable User Content or personal information.

7. Subscriptions
Your access to PrepPartner is based on a paid subscription plan (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual).
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
- Payments are processed securely by our authorized payment partner.
- All subscriptions are non-refundable, except same-day refund requests for quarterly plans made via the website.
- You may cancel anytime via your account settings — access continues until the end of your paid period.
- We may update prices or plans from time to time, with advance notice before price changes take effect.

8. Early Stage Service
PrepPartner is a continuously evolving platform. While we work to ensure stability, the Services may occasionally experience downtime or issues.
The Services and all associated materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free use.
If you experience technical issues that impair your use or value received from the platform, you may report them to 📧 contact@preppartner.ai and request a refund if your claim has merit.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Logit AI Labs Ltd and its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

- Any other losses resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Services
Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid for the Services in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), an English Law jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the DIFC for any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Services.
